Land Evidence Recordings are done in the Town Clerk's Office. No recording
of land evidence records is done during the last half hour of the day.
The Recorder of Deeds maintains all records concerning real estate ownership
within the town. All deeds, mortgages, leases, attachments, suits, and liens,
are recorded in this office.
