Mission
The Town Clerk's office is responsible for advertising for the Town
Council Meetings, posting notices for the Town Council Meetings;
maintaining the minutes of the Town Council Meetings; recording,
indexing and maintenance of all land evidence records and liens;
maintaining vital statistics records; Probate Court and the maintenance
of all probate matters; issuance of new Liquor Licenses, renewals
and transfers; issuance, and renewals where applicable, of Business
(Trade Name), Victualling, Entertainment, Holiday Sales, Auto Wrecking
and Salvage, Private Detective, Marriage, Amusement, Peddlers,
Vendor, Fishing and Hunting, Dog Licensing and Working at the Annual
Rabies Clinic.
